TimeVault Mail Bridge is a private, single-user personal application used exclusively by its owner. It is not offered to the public and has no public user registration.

Google user data accessed

The application uses Google OAuth 2.0 and requests the https://mail.google.com/ scope for Gmail access through IMAP/XOAUTH2. This permission can provide access to email messages, mailbox contents and associated mail data, and permits mail operations supported by that scope.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used solely to authenticate the owner's connected Google mail accounts and to perform private email synchronization and archival with the owner's TimeVault mail system. The owner may connect multiple Google email accounts that they own or administer.

Storage

Mail data synchronized by the application is stored in the owner's private TimeVault environment. OAuth credentials used by the application are stored privately for the purpose of maintaining authorized access to the connected accounts.

Sharing and disclosure

TimeVault Mail Bridge does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or make it available as a public service. Google user data is not shared with third parties by the application except where technically necessary for the operation of Google services or as required by law.

Retention and deletion

Mail data is retained as part of the owner's private mail archive according to the owner's archival and synchronization practices. The owner controls the connected accounts, stored mail data, OAuth authorization, and deletion of locally stored data.

Limited Use

TimeVault Mail Bridge's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Scope of this policy

The public website at timevault-mail.es exists to identify and document the OAuth application. It does not expose the private TimeVault mail archive and does not restrict connected Google accounts to the timevault-mail.es domain.
